51 studios at SPACE HQ.

Newly converted by Horden Cherry Lee architects and with ERDF funding, The Triangle opened in 2003 and had a mix of regular price studios and 'incubator' studios which were at an introductory lower price for newly graduated artists. (NB- all studios are now at the same rate). The building also houses the two 2003 Cultural Diversity Award winners and a Canadian residency sponsored by the Canadian Arts Council.

Situated just off Mare Street/Warburton Road at The Triangle.
