Start Your Collection! is run by Contemporary Art Projects. Its aim is to encourage everyone to collect contemporary art by finding exciting, highly collectible artists and making their work available at entry-level prices.

We extensively research artists to find those that meet our criteria of being “highly collectible”, which includes having a good intellectual foundation for their artistic practice, having a track record of exhibitions in London and abroad, and achieving peer recognition through awards, fellowships, residencies, etc.

Looking at hundreds of artist's portfolios and tracking their careers over many years, we believe the artists that we select will have staying power. Collectors can therefore choose from us with confidence, knowing that their artist will continue to develop his/her practice over time.
