It seems a meaningful coincidence that so much of the work exhibited by the artists from Lounge deals with places which are unvisited, imagined or invented. Projected fantasies, the role of memory, visual trickery, the post-modern mixing of high and low culture, all converge in a highly mediated approach to reality."
