Rachael Woodman’s tall elegant, glass pieces were created especially for 40 Bank Street and they mirror the far-reaching skyscrapers that surround the building.
Her work shows a concern for simplicity of line and purity of form, whilst the subtle colours celebrate the inner beauty of glass. Woodman has worked in the medium for over twenty years, and her glasswork features in a number of public collections, including the V&A Museum and the Contemporary Arts Society.
