In September 2002 Dan handed in his notice and left his job to become a rickshaw rider in London’s West End. For over three years he darted through the tarmac arteries of London, becoming entwined in the lives of the riders, the Soho workers and, if only momentarily, the lives of his passengers. This is the first photographic documentary of this unique and thriving culture.
