Viewing the Political

• The latest show at Elastic explores the relationship between film and politics and features the work of artists Madeline Djerejian, Raimi Gbadamosi and Rastko Novokovic. The three featured artists take us to Beirut on the eve of civil war, 1975 (Djerejian), to a devastated mining town in Eastern Serbia (Novokovic), and into a hypnotic world of colour which invites us to consider the connotations of the colours black, white and yellow (Gbadamosi).
