	Claude Temin-Vergez	Her reinterpretation of Jackson Pollocks poured paintings is essentially formalist--focusing on the swirling, interlacing arabesques of paint in his classic poured works of 1947 and 1950 and the way those webs of color so determinedly atop their canvas support--but inflected, perhaps, by '70s-derived notions of pattern as a specifically feminine approach to form. 	Mindy Lee	Mindy Lee uses a repeated expulsion of paint,fusing layers together into a monstrous hybrid. These forms lure the viewer in through delicate detail.As the surface is infected, disgust and seduction are intertwined through a revelling in squeamishness. Lee lives and works in London.
