SS based in Bristol, with a studio near the harbourside. His exquisitely crafted sculptures suggest some
practical seafaring application and are influenced by shipbuilding techniques and materials. These are then
combined with brightly coloured flock referencing machine made interventions into the natural environment.
Several commissions for public sites and work in private collections.
